Test Background
Welded steel mesh can significantly improve the quality of steel bar projects, significantly increase the construction speed, and enhance the crack resistance of concrete, which has good comprehensive economic benefits. With a dense spacing of steel bars, the longitudinal and transverse bars of the welded mesh form a network structure that together acts as a bonding and anchoring agent, which is beneficial to preventing the occurrence and development of concrete cracks. The configuration of welded mesh on pavements, floors, and floors can reduce concrete surface cracks by about 75%.
The tensile test of welded steel mesh can determine its tensile properties. Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various steel welded meshes and provides professional bending test services for welded steel meshes.
Scope of tests
Welded steel mesh can be divided into cold-rolled ribbed steel bar welded mesh, cold-drawn smooth round steel bar welded mesh, and hot-rolled ribbed steel bar welded mesh according to raw materials. Among them, cold-rolled ribbed steel bar welded mesh is the most widely used.
Welded steel mesh is divided into two types: shaped steel welded mesh and customized steel welded mesh according to the grade, diameter, length and spacing of steel bars.
Test method
1. The bending test should be carried out within the temperature range of 10 ℃ ~ 35 ℃.
2. The distance between the bent part and the cross solder joint is greater than 25 mm.
3. During the bending test, the bending force should be applied slowly.
