Test Background
The purpose of vibration testing is to screen out problematic parts in advance, find out the resonance relationship between parts, structure, packaging and transportation process, and improve resonance factors. The vibration sine test of fire-fighting electronic products can determine the adaptability of fire-fighting electronic products to vibration in the use environment and determine the ability of fire-fighting electronic products to withstand the impact of vibration for a long time.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various fire-fighting electronic products, and provides professional vibration sine test services for fire alarm equipment, alarm valves, fire communication equipment and other fire-fighting electronic products.
Scope of tests
1. Fire alarm equipment: fire alarm triggering devices, fire alarm control devices, fire alarm devices, fire linkage control equipment; etc.
2. Alarm valve: wet alarm valve, dry alarm valve, deluge alarm valve, pre-action device, delayer, hydraulic sensor, hydraulic alarm bell, etc.
3. Fire communication equipment: fire alarm dispatcher, fire command and dispatch equipment, fire vehicle dynamic management device, etc.
Test method
1. Vibration should be carried out sequentially on three mutually perpendicular axes of the test sample. During the condition test, the test sample should be powered on and in normal working condition. A scan cycle of a given frequency range (minimum-maximum-minimum) is applied to each specified functional mode (such as normal operating state, fire alarm state or fault state), and performance testing is performed after the conditional test is completed.
2. For test samples that need to be assembled on-site at the place of use, whether to conduct the test can be considered based on the actual situation.
3. The vibration (sinusoidal) (operation) test can be combined with the vibration (sinusoidal) (durability) test, so that the test sample is subjected to the endurance test after the operation test on each axis, and then performs performance testing.
