Test Background
In the environment of repeated mechanical collisions, the adaptability of the product and the integrity of its mechanism can be verified, the cumulative damage caused by repeated impacts or the specified performance degradation can be determined, and then this information can be used in conjunction with relevant specifications to decide whether the product is accepted. In some cases, it can be used to determine the structural integrity of a sample or for quality control assessment of a product. The impact test of fire-fighting electronic products can determine the ability of fire-fighting electronic products to withstand mechanical impacts on their surfaces that may occur in normal use environments.

Scope of tests
1. Fire alarm equipment: fire alarm triggering devices, fire alarm control devices, fire alarm devices, fire linkage control equipment; etc.
2. Alarm valve: wet alarm valve, dry alarm valve, deluge alarm valve, pre-action device, delayer, hydraulic sensor, hydraulic alarm bell, etc.
3. Fire communication equipment: fire alarm dispatcher, fire command and dispatch equipment, fire vehicle dynamic management device, etc.
Test method
1. Method A uses a swinging hammer head to conduct a collision test on the test sample, which produces an instant impact on the edge of the test sample. It is suitable for small test samples (such as detectors, alarm buttons, etc.) installed on the ceiling or wall.
2. Method B is to use a hemispherical hammer to conduct a collision test on each exposed surface of the test sample. It is suitable for control and display products (such as fire alarm controllers, fire electrical control devices, fire display panels, etc.).
