Test Background
The significance of the impact experiment is to simulate the impact that products or equipment may encounter during transportation (mainly impact effects), and to analyze the ability of the product to withstand the external impact environment through the exchange of instantaneous transient energy of the shock wave. The purpose of the test is to understand its structural weaknesses and functional degradation, which helps to understand the product's structural strength and appearance resistance to impact, drops, etc., and to effectively evaluate the reliability of the product and monitor the consistency of the production line.
The impact test of fire-fighting electronic products can determine the ability of fire-fighting electronic products to withstand the mechanical shock that may occur in the actual use environment.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various fire protection electronic products, and provides professional impact testing services for fire alarm equipment, alarm valves, fire communication equipment and other fire protection electronic products.
Scope of tests
1. Fire alarm equipment: fire alarm triggering devices, fire alarm control devices, fire alarm devices, fire linkage control equipment; etc.
2. Alarm valve: wet alarm valve, dry alarm valve, deluge alarm valve, pre-action device, delayer, hydraulic sensor, hydraulic alarm bell, etc.
3. Fire communication equipment: fire alarm dispatcher, fire command and dispatch equipment, fire vehicle dynamic management device, etc.
Test method
01. Fasten the test sample directly or rigidly on the impact test bench through clamps, so that the test sample is in normal working condition.
2. Start the impact test bench, and apply a half-sine wave pulse with a peak acceleration of (100-20×m)×10 m/s2 and a pulse duration of 6 ms to a test sample with a mass of m (unit: kg). The test sample is continuously impacted three times in each direction of three mutually perpendicular axes, for a total of 18 times.
3. Observe the status of the test sample during the condition test. Performance testing is performed after condition testing.
