Test Background
Nonwoven fabric mechanical penetration resistance test can use a steel ball with a specified diameter to determine the mechanical penetration resistance of nonwoven fabrics.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various nonwoven fabrics and provides professional mechanical penetration resistance testing services for nonwoven fabrics.
Scope of tests
1. Nonwovens are divided into disposable application nonwovens and durable nonwovens according to application requirements.
2. Nonwovens are divided according to the production process: spunlaced nonwovens, heat-sealed nonwovens, pulp airlaid nonwovens, wet nonwovens, spunbond nonwovens, meltblown nonwovens, needle punched nonwovens, stitchbonded nonwovens, and hydrophilic nonwovens.
3. Nonwovens are divided according to their application scope: geosynthetic materials, nonwoven filter materials, medical and health nonwovens, agricultural nonwovens, clothing nonwovens, home decoration, daily necessities and packaging materials, etc.
Test method
The sample is clamped in the ring holder of the fixed base, and the steel ball ejector pushes vertically against the sample at a constant moving speed, causing the sample to deform until it breaks, and the bursting strength is measured.
Test standard:
