Test Background
Thermoplastic valve pressure test can determine the internal pressure resistance and sealing performance of thermoplastic valves.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has reliability testing capabilities for various plastics and provides professional pressure testing services for thermoplastic valve products.
Scope of tests
is suitable for thermoplastic valves used to transport cold water and industrial fluids, but is not suitable for thermoplastic valves used to transport gases.
Test method
1. Material test: A test used to determine the long-term internal pressure resistance of thermoplastic materials used to produce valve parts.
2. Shell pressure test: a test used to check the performance of pressure-bearing parts in the valve.
3. Long-term performance test of the overall valve: a test used to check whether the valve design and connection will have any adverse impact on the long-term performance of the valve.
4. Valve sealing test: a test used to check the valve sealing.
