Test Background
As the application of coated fabrics becomes wider and wider, there is an increasing need to test the multifunctional properties of coated fabrics. In particular, the twisting and bending performance of coated fabrics has its practicality, so the testing of this indicator becomes more important. The twisted and flexural test of coated fabrics can determine their resistance to twisting and flexing.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various coated fabrics and provides professional twisting and bending test services for coated fabrics.
Scope of tests
PA coating, PU coating, anti-velvet coating, PA white glue coating, PU white glue coating, PA silver glue coating, PU silver glue coating, pearlescent coating, flame retardant coating, etc.
Test method
1. Install and position the coated fabric sample sewn into a cylindrical shape between two disks. One of the disks swings around its axis, and the other disk reciprocates along its axis, causing the sample to twist and bend repeatedly at the same time.
2. Use a magnifying glass to inspect and evaluate the distortion and bending damage level of the coated fabric based on the observed conditions, such as creases, cracks, peeling, discoloration, cracks, etc. (the rating is accurate to 0.5).
