Company Profile
Quartz fiber is an inorganic fiber made from high-purity quartz or natural crystal, with a diameter of only 1 to 15 microns. Quartz fiber is widely used in aviation, aerospace, semiconductors, high-temperature insulation, and high-temperature filtration. Applications of quartz fiber include: high-frequency printed circuit boards (portable phone technology, supercomputers); thermal insulation in various high-temperature environments; thermal protection in aerospace; automotive glass manufacturing industry; thermal insulation materials in the semiconductor industry; high-temperature gas filtration; high-temperature catalytic substrates; thermal insulation materials; replacement of silicate/asbestos fibers.
The mechanical property test of quartz fiber fabric reinforced resin material can determine the tensile properties, compressive properties, bending properties and short beam shear strength of the two-dimensional braided quartz fiber fabric reinforced resin matrix composite material when the test temperature is not higher than 500°C.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various fabric-reinforced resins and provides professional mechanical property testing services for quartz fiber fabric-reinforced resins.
