Camera Impact Test-Mechanical Testing-

Test Background

The impact test is generally a test method to determine the safety, reliability and effectiveness of the product when it is subjected to external impact or impact. It mainly assesses and determines the adaptability of the product to various impacts that it may experience during its life, that is, whether it can work normally and maintain structural integrity in an impact environment.
The camera impact test determines the camera's ability to adapt to various impacts during transportation and use. Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various cameras and provides professional impact testing services for cameras.

Scope of tests

Divided by viewing method: single-lens reflex camera, twin-lens reflex camera, rangefinder camera
Divided by degree of automation: fully mechanical manual cameras, automatic exposure cameras, automatic focus cameras, digital cameras

Test method

1. Conduct appearance inspection and performance testing on the samples according to the product standards related to the test samples.
2. Impact the test sample 3 times continuously in each direction on three mutually perpendicular axes (18 times in total). For samples with specified direction markings, only test the specified direction (test 3 times in each direction).
