Camera Vibration Test

Vibration testing refers to a test conducted on a vibrated object or model to evaluate the vibration resistance of a product in the expected use environment. Its purpose is to simulate a series of vibration phenomena to test whether the product can withstand the test of the vibration environment during transportation or use during its life cycle. It can also determine the requirements for product design and function.
The essence of the vibration test is to confirm the reliability of the product, screen out defective products in advance before leaving the factory, and evaluate the failure analysis of the defective products to make them high-level, high-reliability products. The camera vibration test can determine the camera's ability to adapt to various vibration environments during transportation and use.

1. Conduct appearance inspection and performance testing on the test samples.
2. Conduct vibration tests on the test sample on three mutually perpendicular axes in sequence for the specified test duration.
The lower limit frequency is 10Hz and the upper limit frequency is 55 Hz; the peak amplitude is ±1 mm; the test duration on each axis is 25 minutes.
