Vibration test of light and small UAV-Mechanical Testing-

Test Background

Civilian light and small UAVs refer to UAV systems (including aircraft and ground stations) with a take-off weight between 0.25kg and 150kg. The light and small UAV vibration test can determine whether the civilian light and small UAV system can withstand the impact of the vibration environment.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various civilian light and small UAV systems, and provides professional vibration testing services for light and small UAVs.

Scope of tests

is suitable for civilian light and small (maximum take-off weight greater than 0.25 kg and not greater than 150 kg) multi-rotor UAV systems, fixed-wing UAV systems, unmanned helicopter systems and vehicle-mounted ground stations that may experience vibration environments during transportation and use.

Test method

Multi-rotor UAV system: Implement standard vibration tests, including random, sine sweep, sine superposition random (known frequency), random (unknown frequency), according to the combination/mixed category, take the envelope
Fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle system: perform standard vibration tests, including sine frequency sweep, and envelope
according to the combination/hybrid category Unmanned helicopter system: Implement standard vibration tests, including random, sine sweep, sine superposition random (known frequency), random (unknown frequency), and envelope
according to the combination/mixed category Ground station (vehicle-mounted): Carry out transportation vibration tests, including dynamic tests of the entire vehicle (sports car) and on-board equipment (sports car, random)
