Impact test of light and small UAV

Impact test of light and small UAV-Mechanical Testing-

Test Background

Civilian light and small UAVs refer to UAV systems (including aircraft and ground stations) with a take-off weight between 0.25kg and 150kg. The impact test of light and small UAVs can determine whether civilian light and small UAVs can withstand the impact of the impact environment.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various civilian light and small UAV systems, and provides professional impact test services for light and small UAVs.

Scope of tests

is suitable for civilian light and small UAV (takeoff weight 0.25 kg~150 kg) systems (including aircraft and ground stations) that may experience impact environments during transportation, loading, unloading and use.

Test method

1. Flight impact test
Install the equipment under test in the normal working direction and apply the specified impact. Three impacts should be applied in two directions of the three orthogonal axes. The equipment under test is in working condition during the test.
2. Free drop test
Perform the free drop test with the device under test in the normal posture during transportation and use. When the equipment under test is released, it should be allowed to fall freely from the hanging position, and the interference should be minimized when released. The equipment under test shall be dropped 2 times from each specified position. The method of releasing the equipment under test shall allow the equipment under test to fall freely from the suspended position. When released, there should be minimal disturbance.
