Test Background
A hose assembly is a complete, usable component assembled from a hose and connector parts at both ends. The accelerated fatigue test of large rubber hose assemblies can evaluate the single fatigue performance and combined fatigue performance of large rubber hose assemblies with a nominal inner diameter of 100 mm or more in tension, torsion and bending.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability to test the reliability performance of various rubber and plastic hoses, and provides professional accelerated fatigue testing services for large rubber hose assemblies.
Scope of tests
According to the purpose, it is mainly divided into: threading hose, drainage hose, ventilation hose, shower hose, and wiring harness tube.
According to the material, it is mainly divided into: corrugated hose, rubber hose, and plastic hose.
Test method
Perform single or combined multiple tensile, torsion and/or bending tests on large rubber hose assemblies on a fatigue testing machine to achieve the specified number of actions or sample damage.
1) Single test: Conduct tensile fatigue test, torsion fatigue test or bending fatigue test on the hose assembly individually. A test report is issued for each item.
2) Combination test: Conduct tensile fatigue test, torsion fatigue test and bending fatigue test, or two of them, on the hose assembly in sequence. Only one test report is issued for each combination test.
