Test Background
The flattening test is mainly a detection method that uses some equipment to effectively detect metal pipes. The performance of flattening to a specified size can effectively reveal defects. The crush resistance test of rubber and plastic hoses determines the resistance of a hose sample to a quantitative applied crushing load.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability to test the reliability performance of various rubber and plastic hoses, and provides professional flattening resistance test services for rubber and plastic hoses.
Scope of tests
According to the purpose, it is mainly divided into: threading hose, drainage hose, ventilation hose, shower hose, and wiring harness tube.
According to the material, it is mainly divided into: corrugated hose, rubber hose, and plastic hose.
Test method
1. Take one of the finished hoses that has been parked for no less than 24 hours after manufacturing, and cut three sections of hoses with a length of 300 mm from any part of it as samples.
2. The test can be carried out after the sample has been adjusted in the (23±5) ℃ test room for more than 3 hours, and the 3 hours can be included in the above 24 hours.
Test standard:
