Test Background
The anti-vibration test of fireworks and firecrackers is a test conducted on a vibrated object or model to determine the anti-vibration ability of a product in the expected use environment. The purpose is to simulate a series of vibration phenomena and test whether the product can withstand the test of the vibration environment during transportation or use during its life cycle. It can also determine the requirements for product design and function.
Zhongke Testing and Reliability Experiment Center has the capabilities of environmental testing and reliability performance testing of various fireworks and firecrackers, and provides professional anti-vibration testing services for fireworks and firecrackers.
Scope of tests
Fireworks and firecracker products such as firecrackers, spray flowers, rotating types, lift-off types, spitting beads, toys, fireworks, stand fireworks, combination fireworks, etc.
Test method
1. When handling new substances, an identification test must be conducted to determine its performance. Place a small amount of sample on the vibration testing machine, fasten the strap, adjust the vibration frequency, start the vibration testing machine, and vibrate for 30 minutes. Observe whether the sample burns, explodes or scatters. If no explosive reaction occurs when testing with a small amount of sample, then the procedure described in 2 below should be used. If an explosion or fire occurs the material is too unstable to be transported due to vibration resistance.
2. Place the boxed sample on the vibration testing machine, fasten the binding belt, close the anti-drying chamber door, then turn on the main power supply from outside the anti-explosion chamber, start the vibration testing machine, and increase the vibration frequency from 5 Hz to 50 Hz evenly within 3 hours. Then reduce the vibration frequency from 50 Hz to 5 Hz evenly within 3 hours, with an amplitude of 10 mm. Observe whether the sample burns, explodes, smokes, decomposes or deforms, or scatters.
3. If there is no burning, drying, smoking, decomposition or deformation or scattering, take out the sample and inspect it according to SNV/T 1730.10.
4. Result evaluation During the test, if no signs of fire, explosion, smoke, decomposition or deformation, or scattering are observed, and the safety performance inspection is qualified, the result will be "-", otherwise the result will be "+".
