Test Background
Fireworks drop test, also known as "packaging drop test", simulates the situation when the product is packaged and dropped to the ground at different heights with different edges, corners, and surfaces, so as to understand the damage of the product and evaluate the drop height and impact strength that the product packaging components can withstand when dropped.
Zhongke Testing and Reliability Experiment Center has the capabilities of environmental testing and reliability performance testing of various fireworks and firecrackers, and provides professional drop test services for fireworks and firecrackers.
Scope of tests
Fireworks and firecracker products such as firecrackers, spray flowers, rotating types, lift-off types, spitting beads, toys, fireworks, stand fireworks, combination fireworks, etc.
Test method
1. Hang 1 sample on the release device.
2. Test personnel evacuate the safety protection barrier and operate at a safe distance. The sample was raised to a height of 12 m and then released, allowing the sample to fall freely onto the impact surface.
3. After the impact, wait until the safety waiting period has passed before approaching the sample, and check and record whether the sample burns or explodes.
4. Each sample is dropped once. During the test, the test can be stopped as long as a burning or explosion occurs in one test.
5. If combustion or explosion occurs in the test, the result will be judged as (+), otherwise it will be judged as (-).
