Test Background
The purpose of the mechanical force test of optical and photonics instruments is to study the degree of change of the optical, climatic, mechanical, chemical and electrical (including electrostatic) properties of the sample under the influence of mechanical force.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various optical and photonics instruments, and provides professional mechanical force testing services such as impact tests, collision tests, tipping and overturning tests, and free fall tests for optical and photonics instrument products.
Scope of tests
All optical and photonic instruments including ancillary components from other fields (such as mechanical, chemical and electronic equipment)
Test method
1. Impact test
2. Crash test
3. Tipping and overturning test
4. Free drop test
5. Bounce test
6. Constant acceleration test
7. Sine vibration test: sweep frequency vibration test, vibration fatigue test at characteristic frequency
8. Broadband random vibration test
