Tilt and swing test of electrical and electronic products

The tilting environment is generally caused by the ship being affected by wind, unbalanced loading, maneuvering, or casualties. The rocking environment is generally caused by external forces such as wind and waves on the ship.
The tilt test is mainly suitable for products that must maintain normal or reliable operation when the ship tilts at a large angle due to sea damage, maneuvering, unbalanced loading, wind, etc., as well as electrical and electronic products whose tilting environment will have a significant impact on their working performance.
The rocking test is mainly suitable for products that must maintain normal or reliable operation when the ship is rocked for a long time due to wind, waves and other external forces, as well as for electrical and electronic products whose operating performance will be significantly affected by the rocking environment.

1. Tilt: There are two forms: trim and heel.
2. Swing: There are six types of swing: pitch, roll, first swing, surge, heave and heave.
Rolling, pitching and rolling refer to the alternating angular displacement motion of the ship around its three longitudinal, transverse and vertical coordinate axes;
Pulse, heave and heave refer to the reciprocating translational motion of the ship along its three coordinate axes: longitudinal, transverse and vertical.
