Test Background

Electronic and electrical product hammer test is a test method that impacts samples under severe conditions such as the number of impacts, energy, and direction of impact. It is suitable for evaluating the robustness of products according to electrical safety provisions.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various electrical and electronic products, and provides professional hammer testing services for electrical and electronic products.

Test method

1. Test Eha: Pendulum
The test device mainly consists of a pendulum whose upper end can be kept swinging in a vertical plane around its swing axis. The axis of the balance shaft is 1 000 mm above the measuring point. The pendulum consists of a rigid pendulum rod and a conforming striking element.
2. Test Ehb: spring hammer
The spring hammer consists of three parts: the main body, the impact element and the release mechanism. The main body is the housing that contains the rails for the impact elements, the mounting release mechanism and all other parts. The impact element consists of a hammer head, hammer rod and operating handle. When the impact energy is less than 1J, the combined mass is 250 g; when the impact energy is 2J, the combined mass is 500 g.
3. Test Ehc: vertical drop weight
The hammer consists of a basic impact element that falls vertically from rest to the horizontal surface of the sample. The impact element can be guided by a tube with negligible constraints.
