Test Background
The purpose of the geological instrument pressure test is to determine its adaptability for use under pressure environmental conditions and to evaluate the integrity of the structural seal. Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various geological instrument products and provides professional pressure testing services for geological instrument products.
Test method
1. Place the product under test in the pressure test device, and the product under test is in a non-working state.
2. Gradually increase the pressure of the test device from normal atmospheric pressure to the specified test pressure value according to the pressure increase ladder diagram, maintain it at this pressure for 10 minutes, and then reduce it to normal atmospheric pressure.
3. Then gradually increase the pressure in the test device from normal atmospheric pressure to the specified test pressure value according to the pressure rise ladder diagram, maintain it at this pressure for 30 minutes, and then reduce it to normal atmospheric pressure.
4. Take out the product under test, wipe it clean, and restore it for 30 minutes under normal atmospheric conditions.
5. Final inspection: According to the technical standards (technical conditions) of the tested product, check the appearance of the tested product. There must be no rigid deformation; there must be no oil or water stains in the tested product. Test results of the electrical and mechanical properties of the tested products. It should comply with the technical standards (technical conditions) of the product.
