Test Background
The tilt and sway test is a test used to evaluate the working adaptability and structural integrity of marine instruments in ship tilt and sway environments. The purpose of the tilt and swing test of geological instruments is to determine the adaptability of various marine geological instrument products in the tilt and swing test conditions in the unpackaged state.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various geological instrument products, and provides professional tilt and swing test services for geological instrument products.
Test method
1. Calibration of the test bench Calibrate the test bench according to the test requirements.
2. The tested product is placed under normal atmospheric conditions for 1 hour to achieve temperature stability.
3. Initial measurement: Adjust the instrument and measure the main technical parameters according to product standards.
4. Tilt test: Place the product under test on the tilt test platform, in normal working condition, and then tilt it forward, backward, left, and right at 22.5° for 15 minutes, and conduct intermediate testing of the main parameters. The test results should comply with the product technical standards (technical conditions).
5. Swing test: Put the instrument in working condition and place it on the test bench as required. Perform the swing test in the order of front, back, back, left, and right, and test the main technical parameters. The test results should comply with the product technical standards (technical conditions).
6. Final measurement After the test, under normal atmospheric conditions, the mechanical, electrical performance and working characteristics of the tested product shall be tested according to the provisions of the product standards. The test results shall comply with the standards.
