Test Background
Coated fabric tensile testing is a test method for determining the properties of materials under axial tensile loading. The data obtained from the tensile test can be used to determine the elastic limit, elongation, elastic modulus, proportional limit, area reduction, tensile strength, yield point, yield strength and other tensile performance indicators of the material.

Test Principle
specimen was stretched at a constant stretching speed until fracture. Use Method 1 to determine the maximum force and elongation at maximum force and, if required, the force at break and elongation at break.
Use method 2 only to measure the maximum force.
