Test Background
The horizontal impact test of transport packages is suitable for evaluating the impact strength of transport packages and unit goods when subjected to horizontal impact and the ability of the packaging to protect the contents. It can be used as a single test or as part of a series of tests.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various environmental testing equipment for transportation packages, has environmental testing and product reliability performance testing capabilities, and provides professional horizontal impact testing services for transportation packages.
Test Principle
The test sample is made to collide with a baffle perpendicular to the direction of the same speed at a predetermined speed in a predetermined state. Appropriate obstacles can also be placed between the baffle surface and the impact surface and edges of the test sample to simulate the impact under special circumstances.
Test equipment includes: horizontal impact testing machine, inclined plane impact testing machine, pendulum impact testing machine, and impact testing instruments.
