Test Background
The sinusoidal variable frequency vibration test of transport packages is suitable for evaluating the strength of transport packages and unit goods under sinusoidal variable frequency vibration or resonance and the protection ability of the packaging to the contents. It can be used as a single test or as part of a series of tests.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various environmental testing equipment for transportation packages, has environmental testing and product reliability performance testing capabilities, and provides professional sine frequency conversion vibration testing services for transportation packages.
Test Principle
Place the test sample on the vibration table and scan back and forth between 3 Hz and 100 Hz at the specified acceleration value and frequency sweep rate within a predetermined time. It can then withstand vibration within a range of ±10% of the main resonant frequency between 3 Hz and 100 Hz for a predetermined time.
If necessary, a certain load can be added to the test sample to simulate the situation where the transport package is at the bottom of the stack and is subjected to a sinusoidal vibration environment.
