Test Background
Vibration testing during the research and development stage of security equipment can identify which components have reliability problems in product design and manufacturing, so that timely improvements can be made to the product design structure and production process.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has a variety of mechanical environmental testing equipment for security equipment and has sinusoidal vibration testing capabilities. It provides professional sinusoidal vibration testing services for intrusion alarm systems, video surveillance systems, remote receiving and monitoring centers and other equipment.
Trial objective
Working state test: Test the equipment's ability to withstand vibrations suitable for the use environment.
Durability test: Test the equipment's ability to withstand long-term vibration in the corresponding environment.
Test method
The test sample undergoes sinusoidal vibration at the test level and frequency range suitable for the use environment. The test sample is frequency swept within the test frequency range [this frequency sweep period should be a two-way frequency sweep within the test frequency range (that is, from the minimum frequency to the maximum frequency, and then to the minimum frequency)]. During the test, the equipment should be in its main working states (such as sleep state, alarm state and error warning state). The test should act on the three mutually perpendicular axes of the sample respectively.
The durability vibration test can be combined with the working vibration test, so the test sample can be subjected to the working vibration test in each axis in sequence and then the durability vibration test.
