Ship equipment tilt and sway test

The tilting environment of ship equipment tilting and rolling tests, including pitch and heel, is generally caused by ship damage accidents, maneuvering, unbalanced loading and wind; the swing environment, including pitch, roll and their coupled motions, is generally caused by external forces such as wind and waves on the ship.
Tilt and roll are a fundamental environment to which all equipment installed on a ship will be subjected. The ship equipment tilt and sway test can simulate the adaptability of ship equipment when it is tilted and swayed in the test chamber.

The tilting and swaying environment will have an impact on the performance of some ship equipment. Such impacts mainly include:
1. Destruction of the original force balance within the equipment system;
2. Changes in bearing stress conditions;
3. Deterioration of bearing lubrication conditions;
4. Malfunction caused by changes in the position of the internal free liquid surface;
5. Internal liquid leaks.
