Test Background
The collision environment in the collision test of ship equipment generally refers to the repeated low-intensity impacts that products receive during transportation and use, including the jolting environment of the ship caused by waves, which has a broader meaning than jolting. The purpose of marine equipment collision testing is to provide a method to simulate the impact of collisions on products in the laboratory.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various ship equipment environmental test equipment, has simulated collision test capabilities, and provides professional ship equipment collision test services for speedboats, transportation equipment, civil ships and other equipment.
Environmental Effects
The collision environment will have an impact on the performance of some ship equipment. Such impacts mainly include:
1. Loose fasteners;
2. The moving parts are stuck;
3. Structural break;
4. The solder joints are detached;
5. The connector is loose;
6. Poor contact;
7. Internal liquid leaks.
Test Grade
Level 1 is mainly applicable to equipment installed on speedboats (including torpedo boats, missile boats, high-speed boats, hydrofoils, hovercrafts and other speedboats with speeds higher than 35 knots);
Level 2 is mainly applicable to equipment transported in a fixed state on wheeled vehicles;
Level 3 is mainly applicable to equipment installed on military ships other than speedboats described in Level 1;
Level 4 is mainly suitable for equipment installed on civilian ships.
