Hydrographic Instrument Flooding Test

Hydrographic Instrument Flooding Test-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

The rain and waterproof test is suitable for waterproof, fog-proof, and moisture-proof testing of various components, components, and finished products in scientific research institutions such as electronics, electrical engineering, aerospace, and military industries. It can provide realistic simulations of various environments such as water and spray tests that electronic products and their components may be exposed to during transportation and use, in order to test the waterproof performance of various products. The hydrological instrument water spray test can determine the adaptability of hydrological instrument products to the water spray environment in a specified open place in an unpackaged state.
The protection test of hydrological instrument products is mainly applicable to the three levels of IPX1, IPX2 and IPX3 specified in GB4208-2008. Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various hydrological instruments, and provides professional environmental testing services such as water spray tests for hydrological instruments.

Scope of tests

Instruments, equipment or devices for observing hydrological elements, collectively referred to as hydrological instruments, are mainly divided into: water level instruments, flow velocity instruments, precipitation instruments, water temperature instruments, ice ice instruments, soil water instruments, sediment testing instruments, water quality sampling instruments, hydrological testing equipment and measuring tools, counting display and recording instruments, communication telemetry instruments and equipment, data conversion and processing instruments
Specifically, it includes: hydrological patrol vehicles, automatic hydrological reporting devices, water level sensors, water level needles, remote thermometers, semiconductor thermometers, neutron water meters, suspended sediment samplers, ultrasonic detectors, etc.

Test method

1. The test sample should be subjected to artificial water spray test according to regulations.
2. The test sample should be fixedly installed on the test device. The test sample can be installed in any of the following states:
a) In normal working condition;
b) Inclined at an angle relative to the normal working state.
3. The test sample is rotated on a plane perpendicular to the inclination. The rotation can be done by using an automatic rotating table or manually changing the position of the test sample during the test.
4. After the precipitation stops, remove the test sample from the test bench and clear away the accumulated water outside it.
5. Final inspection After the test, the test samples shall be inspected for appearance and basic performance inspection according to the product standards (technical conditions).
