Comprehensive environmentExperimental Introduction

Comprehensive environmental testing usually refers to laboratory environment simulation tests in which multiple environmental factors are implemented in the same space and at the same time. Laboratory environment simulation tests conducted in the same space but not at the same time are called combined tests of multiple environmental factors.
Comprehensive environmental tests are mainly divided into two categories: three comprehensive tests: vibration-temperature-humidity; two comprehensive tests: vibration-temperature, temperature-humidity, vibration-humidity;
Comprehensive environmental test conditions:
The test conditions are achieved by test equipment composed of a constant temperature and humidity test chamber or a rapid temperature rise and fall test chamber and a vibration table.
Three comprehensive testing equipment can simultaneously measure the effects of temperature, humidity and vibration on products.

The purpose of the comprehensive environmental test is to simulate the comprehensive environmental stress and its impact that electronic products are often subjected to during transportation, storage and use in the laboratory as much as possible when economic and technical conditions permit, reflect the actual use environment of the product, and expose the defects and weak links of the product.
Because the actual use environment of the product is a composite environment composed of multiple environmental factors, the use of comprehensive environmental testing can more realistically simulate the impact of the actual environment on the product. Although the methods and equipment of comprehensive environmental testing are more complex and the test costs are relatively high, in order to more accurately evaluate the adaptability of the product to the environment, it is still necessary to use comprehensive environmental testing. The comprehensive environmental test should simulate the main stress and test conditions in the actual actual use environment, including: electrical stress, vibration stress, temperature stress, humidity stress and product working cycle.
