Hydrographic instrument temperature test

Hydrographic instrument temperature test-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

Changes in material properties due to low or high temperatures increase the risk of sealing equipment or components deforming or cracking under low air pressure. The temperature test mainly verifies whether the product is deformed or functionally affected under extreme temperature conditions, and whether it can operate normally. The temperature change test mainly tests the product's ability to withstand repeated temperature extremes.
The hydrological instrument temperature test can determine the suitability of the product for use and storage under specified ambient temperature conditions. Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various hydrological instruments, and provides professional environmental testing services such as temperature testing for hydrological instruments.

Scope of tests

Instruments, equipment or devices for observing hydrological elements, collectively referred to as hydrological instruments, are mainly divided into: water level instruments, flow velocity instruments, precipitation instruments, water temperature instruments, ice ice instruments, soil water instruments, sediment testing instruments, water quality sampling instruments, hydrological testing equipment and measuring tools, counting display and recording instruments, communication telemetry instruments and equipment, data conversion and processing instruments
Specifically, it includes: hydrological patrol vehicles, automatic hydrological reporting devices, water level sensors, water level needles, remote thermometers, semiconductor thermometers, neutron water meters, suspended sediment samplers, ultrasonic detectors, etc.

Test method

1. Place the test sample at room temperature into the high and low temperature test chamber in its normal position. At this time, the temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber is also room temperature. When conducting the ambient temperature test on the test sample, the test sample is in an unpackaged and normal use state. When performing a storage environment temperature test on a test sample, the test sample is in a packaged state.
2. Adjust the temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber to the specified temperature value and maintain it. When conducting ambient temperature tests on test samples, the holding time shall be no less than 2 h. When performing a storage environment temperature test on test samples, the holding time shall not be less than 4 h.
3. Temperature change rate in the high and low temperature test chamber: 0.7 ℃/min ~ 1.0 ℃/min.
4. The deviation between the temperature value in the high and low temperature test chamber and the set value and the temperature uniformity in the constant temperature zone should not be greater than ±2°C.
