Test Background
In a humid environment, the insulation resistance of the surface of the insulating material is reduced due to condensation and adsorption. An environment with high humidity will cause changes in the chemical and mechanical properties of materials. Such as mechanical strength decreases, volume increases, etc. The hydrological instrument humidity test can determine the adaptability of the product to use and storage under specified environmental humidity conditions.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various hydrological instruments, and provides professional environmental testing services such as humidity testing for hydrological instruments.
Scope of tests
Instruments, equipment or devices for observing hydrological elements, collectively referred to as hydrological instruments, are mainly divided into: water level instruments, flow velocity instruments, precipitation instruments, water temperature instruments, ice ice instruments, soil water instruments, sediment testing instruments, water quality sampling instruments, hydrological testing equipment and measuring tools, counting display and recording instruments, communication telemetry instruments and equipment, data conversion and processing instruments
Specifically, it includes: hydrological patrol vehicles, automatic hydrological reporting devices, water level sensors, water level needles, remote thermometers, semiconductor thermometers, neutron water meters, suspended sediment samplers, ultrasonic detectors, etc.
Test method
1. Adjust the temperature of the constant heat and humidity test chamber to 40°C and the relative humidity to 90% and maintain it. When conducting the humidity test of the use environment on the test sample, the holding time should be no less than 2 h. When conducting a storage environment humidity test, the holding time should be no less than 4 hours.
2. Without humidification, raise the temperature in the constant heat and humidity test chamber to 40°C, and then humidify after the temperature stabilizes to avoid condensation on the test sample. When the temperature and relative humidity in the constant heat and humidity test chamber reach the specified value and stabilize, start calculating the test holding time.
3. When conducting environmental humidity tests on test samples, when performing performance and functional tests under specified temperature and relative humidity conditions, the number of tests should be no less than 3 times.
