Test Background
If digital communication equipment is exposed to sunlight for a long time, it will be easily corroded, oxidized, moistened, and dusted by rain, and its working ability will be affected by corrosion. The digital communications equipment immersion test determines the ability of communications equipment to be immersed in water and prevent water from seeping into the housing.

Scope of tests

Test method
1. Heat the test sample to 27°C higher than the water temperature according to regulations. During the heating period, all open parts of the test sample should be opened until the temperature is stable.
2. The test sample is placed in a water tank that meets the requirements as required, and the water temperature should be measured every 30 minutes. The entire test time is 120 minutes.
3. Recovery: Take out the test sample from the test box and dry its outer surface, especially around the seals and safety valve. Under normal test atmospheric conditions, until the test sample reaches temperature stability.
