Test Background
The effects of high temperature on products include: aging, oxidation, chemical changes, thermal diffusion, electromigration, metal migration, melting, vaporization deformation, etc. High-temperature tests are used for screening, aging tests, life tests, accelerated life tests, evaluation tests, etc. of components and complete machines. High-temperature testing of digital communication equipment can determine the adaptability of digital communication equipment to storage and operation under high-temperature conditions.

Scope of tests
1. Divided according to business type: telegraph, telephone, video conference, fax, data communication, etc.

Test method
1. High temperature storage test
The test sample is placed in the test box (room) as required, and then raised to 60°C. The high-temperature storage test temperature is or as specified in the product standard (or technical document), and under the test conditions with a relative humidity not greater than 15%, it is kept warm for 24 hours or as specified in the product standard (or technical document).
2. High temperature working test
The test sample is placed in the test box (room) as required, and then heated to the maximum working environment temperature of the test sample, and remains unchanged until the temperature is stable. Then start working until the test sample reaches temperature stability or the working time specified in the product standard (or technical document). And conduct intermediate testing, the testing items and requirements are specified by product standards (or technical documents).
