Test Background
The low-pressure test is mainly used to evaluate the adaptability of the product in a low-pressure climate environment to determine whether the product can work normally in a low-pressure environment. The temperature, air pressure and test time of the test determine its severity. The low-pressure test of digital communication equipment can determine the adaptability of digital communication equipment to the pressure environment during storage, transportation and use.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the reliability performance of various digital communication equipment and provides professional low-pressure testing services for digital communication equipment.
Scope of tests
1. Divided according to business type: telegraph, telephone, video conference, fax, data communication, etc.
2. According to the transmission medium, it is divided into: wireless communication and wired communication
3. According to signal type, it is divided into: analog communication and digital communication
4. According to the signal multiplexing method, it is divided into: frequency division multiplexing, time division multiplexing and code division multiplexing
5. According to whether the communicator is moving, it is divided into: fixed communication and mobile communication
Test method
1. The storage test is applicable to equipment stored in high-altitude areas or transported in the state of transportation and/or storage structure.
1) Keep the test sample in a storage and/or transportation structure, and place it in a low-pressure box as required. The temperature in the low-pressure chamber was maintained at normal test atmospheric conditions throughout the test.
2) Reduce the air pressure in the box to 53kPa at a speed of no more than 1.0kPa/s, and maintain this pressure for no less than 1 hour. Return the air pressure in the box to the normal test condition air pressure at a rate not greater than 1.0 kPa/s.
2. The working test is suitable for equipment working in high altitude areas.
1) Keep the test sample in a working structure and place it in a low-pressure box according to regulations. The temperature in the low-pressure box should be maintained at the normal test atmospheric condition during the entire test.
2) Reduce the air pressure in the box to 53 kPa at a rate of no more than 1.0 kPa/s.
3) Work the test samples according to the provisions of product standards or technical documents, conduct performance inspections, and record the results.
4) Return the air pressure in the box to the air pressure under normal test atmospheric conditions at a rate not greater than 1.0 kPa/s.
5) The test sample is taken out of the box and reaches temperature stability under normal test atmospheric conditions.
3. Rapid decompression test
The rapid decompression test is a supplementary test for equipment transported in a pressurized cabin. It is only applicable to equipment whose sudden decompression in the air cargo compartment will cause failure. It can be conducted together with the working test or separately.
