Test Background
Room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber sealant has a series of characteristics of silicone rubber, can be vulcanized at room temperature and normal pressure, and is easy to construct. It is the main high-performance material in the construction and electronic adhesive sealant markets. The high temperature and high pressure test of room temperature vulcanization sealants can determine the hot air accelerated aging tensile properties of room temperature vulcanization sealants.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the reliable performance of various room temperature vulcanization sealants and provides professional high temperature and high pressure testing services for room temperature vulcanization sealants.
Scope of tests
Petroleum geophysical instruments can be divided into four categories according to different use environments, namely: vehicle-mounted instruments, surface instruments, downhole instruments, and underwater instruments.
Test method
1. Use a metal sheet lined with isolation paper to clamp the sample with a long side width of about 10mm, and then clamp it with a spring clamp.
2. After the oven temperature reaches the test temperature and is constant, hang the test piece in the oven.
3. The total volume of the suspended specimens should not exceed 10% of the free space of the oven, the distance between specimens should be no less than 10mm, and the distance from the oven wall should be no less than 50mm. The oven should be continuously blown during the test.
4. After the test is completed, it shall be parked according to the provisions of GB/T 2941. Dumbbell specimens were punched along the short side direction, and the tensile properties were measured according to GB/T 528.
Test standard:
HB 5247-1993 Test method for hot air accelerated aging of room temperature vulcanized sealants
GB/T 528 Determination of tensile properties of vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber
GB/T 2941 Standard temperature, humidity and time for environmental conditioning and testing of rubber specimens
HB 5246 room temperature vulcanization sealant standard test piece preparation method
