Test Background
Environmental testing is a method for simulating the environmental adaptability of products under various climatic environmental influences or conditions such as transportation, handling, vibration, etc. It is a method used by enterprises or institutions to verify the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.
The purpose of environmental testing of petroleum geophysical instruments is to verify whether materials and products meet the expected quality goals in R&D, design, and manufacturing by using various environmental testing equipment. The environmental test of petroleum geophysical instruments can determine their adaptability in the environment.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the ability to test the environment and reliability requirements of various petroleum geophysical instruments, and provides professional environmental testing services such as temperature test, humidity test, vibration test, and impact test for petroleum geophysical instruments.
Scope of tests
Petroleum geophysical instruments can be divided into four categories according to different use environments, namely: vehicle-mounted instruments, surface instruments, downhole instruments, and underwater instruments.
Test method
1. The accuracy and measurement range of various test equipment required for the test should meet the corresponding requirements of the test project.
2. Conduct temperature test, humidity test, vibration test, impact test, free drop test, repeated free drop test, transportation test, pressure test, high temperature and high pressure test, sealing test (water tightness test, air tightness test), and reliability test respectively.
