Test Background
Flexible display devices are deformable, bendable, and foldable display devices made of soft materials. Compared with other display devices, they have significant characteristics such as low energy consumption, ultra-thin, unbreakable, and variable shape. The steady-state damp heat test of flexible display devices can evaluate the performance of flexible display devices after being tested at different temperatures and humidity levels in the storage state.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the reliable performance of various flexible display devices and provides professional steady-state damp and heat test services for flexible display devices.
Scope of tests
flexible displays include flexible display modules using technologies such as liquid crystal display (LCD), electronic paper (EPD), and organic light-emitting diode display (OLED).
Test method
1. Temperature, according to different applications, the test temperature can be selected from the following values: 60 ℃, 55 ℃, 50 ℃, 45 ℃, 40 ℃, 35 ℃, 30 ℃, 25 ℃, 20 ℃, 15 ℃, 10 ℃, the deviation is ±3 ℃;
2. Relative humidity, according to different applications, the test humidity can be selected from the following values: 10%, 15%, 20%, 30%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 93%, the deviation is ±3%;
3. Duration, depending on the application, the duration can be selected from the following values: 2 h, 16 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h, 120 h, 168 h, 192 h, 240 h, 300 h, 500 h and 1000 h.
