Test Background
At present, the flexible display technology of OLED built on a plastic (polymer) substrate has been widely used in terminal products such as folding mobile phones, folding computers, curved TVs, driverless cars, surround-screen speakers, VR game consoles, etc. In the future, more smart products will be born, integrating into all aspects of human life in a more "soft" form and a more "flexible" way. The cyclic damp heat test of flexible display devices can evaluate the ability of flexible display devices to withstand high humidity environments and temperature cycling conditions.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the reliable performance of various flexible display devices and provides professional cyclic damp and heat test services for flexible display devices.
Scope of tests
flexible displays include flexible display modules using technologies such as liquid crystal display (LCD), electronic paper (EPD), and organic light-emitting diode display (OLED).
Test method
1. High temperature, according to different applications, the test temperature can be selected from the following values: 60 ℃, 55 ℃, 50 ℃, 45 ℃, 40 ℃, 35 ℃, the deviation is ±3 ℃;
2. Low temperature: (25±3)℃;
3. Relative humidity: (93±3)%;
4. Number of cycles. Depending on the application, the number of cycles for the test can be selected from the values given below: 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50.
