Test Background
Flexible display technology is a display technology with great development potential and competitiveness in the future. It is an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of my country's display industry. It is also an important strategic opportunity for my country's independent innovation to lead the development of the future display industry and achieve overtaking in the information display industry.
The temperature change test of flexible display devices can evaluate the ability of flexible display devices to withstand rapid temperature changes or temperature changes at a specified change rate in non-working conditions.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the reliable performance of various flexible display devices and provides professional temperature change test services for flexible display devices.
Scope of tests
flexible displays include flexible display modules using technologies such as liquid crystal display (LCD), electronic paper (EPD), and organic light-emitting diode display (OLED).
Test method
1. Rapid temperature change test
1) Duration, depending on the application, the duration can be selected from the values given below: 2 h, 1 h, 30 min, 10 min;
2) Conversion time: less than 3 min; 3) Number of cycles, the number of cycles for the test can be selected from the values given below according to different applications: 5, 10, 20, 30.
2. Temperature change
that specifies the change rate
1) Duration, depending on the application, the duration can be selected from the values given below: 3 h, 2 h, 1 h, 30 min 10 min;
2) Temperature change rate. The temperature change rate can be selected from the values given below according to different applications: (1±0.2) ℃/min, (3±0.6) ℃/min, (5±1) ℃/min;
3) Number of cycles. Depending on the application, the number of cycles for the test can be selected from the values given below: 2, 5, 10, 20, 30.
