Test Background
Aging refers to the phenomenon that the performance of a sample deteriorates over time when exposed to natural or artificial environmental conditions. The ozone aging test simulates and strengthens the ozone conditions in the atmosphere. The sample is exposed to air containing a constant ozone concentration and a constant-temperature test chamber, and the cracks of the sample are inspected according to a predetermined time.
The auto parts ozone aging test can determine the ozone aging performance of auto parts. Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the reliability performance of various automobile parts and provides professional ozone aging test services for automobile parts.
Scope of tests
1. Suitable for auto parts and auto metal parts made of plastic, rubber, artificial leather, fiber, etc.
2. Automobile parts mainly include engine parts, transmission system parts, braking system parts, steering system parts, driving system parts and electrical instrument parts. Such as: throttle body, engine, engine assembly, oil pump, clutch, transmission, universal joint, steering wheel, steering shaft, steering column, frame, axle, suspension, etc.
Test method
1. The test equipment has an internal volume of 0.11~0.14m3. The length and width dimensions are roughly the same. The air heating part is placed in a position that has no adverse effect on the ozone concentration. The air inside is circulating and equipped with a device to display the ventilation flow rate.
2. Number of ozone concentration measurements: Measure once every 15 mm after placing the sample, and once a day after 3 hours.
