Ground radio navigation equipment alternating hot and humid environment test

Ground radio navigation equipment alternating hot and humid environment test-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

The damp heat test is an environmental test that combines the combined effects of two environmental stresses: temperature stress and humidity stress. It requires the use of a constant damp heat test chamber or an alternating damp heat test chamber. The typical environmental effects of the damp heat test are mainly caused by two phenomena: moisture on the surface of the product and moisture inside the volume.
The alternating hot and humid environment test of ground radio navigation equipment assesses and determines the adaptability of ground radio navigation equipment to storage and use in hot and humid environmental conditions where condensation occurs on the product surface during temperature cycle changes.
The Zhongke Testing and Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various navigation equipment and provides professional alternating hot and humid environment environmental testing services for ground radio navigation equipment.

Scope of tests

Ground radio navigation equipment is an integral part of the radio navigation system.
Ground equipment can be divided into three parts: heading beacon, glide beacon, pointing beacon or range finder. When the rangefinder is part of an instrument landing system, it is usually mounted on the glide beacon.

Test method

1. The test takes 24 hours as a cycle, and each cycle is divided into four stages: heating, high temperature and high humidity, cooling, and low temperature and high humidity.
2. Before the end of the last test cycle, the test samples shall be tested for performance in accordance with product standards at 25°C and 95% relative humidity.
3. The test sample should be returned to normal test atmospheric conditions in the test room (box) until the temperature is stable.
4. The test samples should be subject to final inspection as required.
