Test Background
The high temperature test is a test in which the sample is exposed to a high temperature and dry air environment. The purpose is to determine the suitability of military and civilian equipment for storage and operation under high temperature conditions. High-temperature testing of ground radio navigation equipment can determine the suitability of products for storage or use under high-temperature environmental conditions.

Scope of tests
Ground radio navigation equipment is an integral part of the radio navigation system.
Ground equipment can be divided into three parts: heading beacon, glide beacon, pointing beacon or range finder. When the rangefinder is part of an instrument landing system, it is usually mounted on the glide beacon.
Test method
High temperature storage test: detection→heating→insulation→cooling→recovery→detection
High temperature working test: detection → heating → temperature stability → power on → detection → cooling → recovery → detection
High temperature combination test: detection→heating→insulation→cooling→temperature stabilization→power on operation→detection→cooling→recovery→detection
