Company Profile
Dimensional stability is a basic property of materials that exists all the time. The dimensional stability of high-precision instrumentation materials refers to the fact that the material or part maintains its original size and shape under long-term storage environment (constant temperature, variable temperature) or service environment (variable temperature, impact, vibration). The ability to maintain shape is characterized by the change in size or shape measured in a fixed environment after the part is stored or in service (after being exposed to a fixed environment or a non-constant environment). Specifically, it can be characterized by the change in the length of the sample with the number of cycles during the temperature cycle.
The thermal cycle test of metal matrix composite materials can determine the dimensional stability of aluminum-based composite materials (hot and cold cycle temperature range: 20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃), magnesium-based composite materials (hot and cold cycle temperature range: 20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃), and iron-based composite materials (hot and cold cycle temperature range: 20 ℃ ~ 490 ℃).
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability performance testing of various metals and alloys, and provides professional hot and cold cycle testing services for metal matrix composite materials.
