Dustproof test of road vehicle lamps

The dust resistance test of road vehicle lamps can determine the dust resistance of motor vehicle and trailer lighting and light signaling devices (except enclosed lamps), and examine the ability of the lamp shell to prevent dust from entering and protect the interior of the lamp from dust intrusion.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the ability to test the environmental durability of various lighting devices, and provides professional dust-proof testing services for external lighting and optical signaling devices of road vehicles.

Vehicle front lights include: low beam, high beam, front position lights, daytime running lights, front turn lights, front fog lights, corner lights, side turn lights, parking lights;
Vehicle rear lights include: brake lights, rear position lights, rear turn lights, reversing lights, rear fog lights, rear retroreflectors, high-mounted brake lights, license plate lights;
Common lights for large vehicles include: front profile lights, rear profile lights, side marker lights, reflective logos, and tail sign boards.

1. According to the volume of the test box, add test dust at an amount of 2kg/m3.
2. The distance between the sample and the box wall should be no less than 150 mm.
3. The sample opens a drain hole or other opening and undergoes 20 cycle tests. Each cycle raises dust for 6 seconds, followed by a 15-minute pause.
