Test Background
High-temperature testing is a reliability test conducted to simulate the high-temperature resistance of products during storage, assembly, and use. High-temperature testing is also the most commonly used accelerated life test. The use of high-temperature and low-temperature altitude test chambers is of great significance for testing electronic devices. During the test process, the heat dissipation performance, impact of volatile substances, and electrical properties of the product can be detected. The high-temperature test of fire-fighting electronic products can determine the adaptability of fire-fighting electronic products in various usage scenarios for use, transportation, placement or storage in high-temperature environments.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various fire-fighting electronic products, and provides professional high-temperature testing services for fire alarm equipment, alarm valves, fire communication equipment and other fire-fighting electronic products.
Scope of tests
1. Fire alarm equipment: fire alarm triggering devices, fire alarm control devices, fire alarm devices, fire linkage control equipment; etc.
2. Alarm valve: wet alarm valve, dry alarm valve, deluge alarm valve, pre-action device, delayer, hydraulic sensor, hydraulic alarm bell, etc.
3. Fire communication equipment: fire alarm dispatcher, fire command and dispatch equipment, fire vehicle dynamic management device, etc.
Test method
1. High-temperature operation test: The test temperature for Level 0 and I is 40±2℃; the test temperature for Level II is 55±2℃; the test temperature for III and IV is 70±2℃. The test duration for small pieces is 2h and for large pieces is 16h.
2. High temperature durability test: No testing is required for Level 0 and Level I; the test temperature for Level II is 55±2°C; the test temperature for Level III and IV is 70±2°C. The duration of test samples is all 14h.
