Xenon arc aging test of coated fabrics

Xenon arc aging test of coated fabrics-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

Coated fabric is a kind of fabric that is made of ordinary fabrics that have been treated with a special process. Organic solvents or water are used to dissolve the coated colloidal particles into a liquid state, and then evenly applied on ordinary fabrics with a scraper or roller. After natural evaporation or baking, the water or organic solvent in the dissolved colloidal particles is volatilized, so that a thin film is formed on the surface of the fabric. This film can have different properties according to different requirements, such as fireproof, windproof, anti-corrosion, waterproof, etc.
The xenon arc aging test of coated fabrics can perform xenon arc exposure aging on coated fabrics and compare the performance changes before and after aging.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various coated fabrics and provides professional xenon arc aging test services for coated fabrics.

Scope of tests

PA coating, PU coating, anti-velvet coating, PA white glue coating, PU white glue coating, PA silver glue coating, PU silver glue coating, pearlescent coating, flame retardant coating, etc.

Test method

uses a xenon arc lamp as the light source to artificially simulate and intensify the environment of light, temperature, humidity and other aging factors. The sample is exposed to this environment for a period of time to accelerate the photoaging of the coated fabric and compare the changes in performance before and after exposure.
