Test Background
Coated fabric is a kind of textile in which the coating adhesive material forms a single or multi-layer coating in situ on one side or both sides of the fabric. Composed of two or more layers of material, at least one of which is a textile and the other is a fully continuous polymer coating.
The low-temperature resistance test of coated fabrics can measure its low-temperature resistance, including low-temperature impact properties and ultimate embrittlement temperature. It is suitable for coated fabrics that can be bent into the test state without damage at room temperature.

Scope of tests
PA coating, PU coating, anti-velvet coating, PA white glue coating, PU white glue coating, PA silver glue coating, PU silver glue coating, pearlescent coating, flame retardant coating, etc.
Test method
The sample is bent into a ring shape and placed in a low temperature chamber. At a certain initial temperature (a multiple of 5), the sample is impacted by a free-falling weight.
Then the temperature is lowered with a temperature difference of 5°C, and the sample is impacted once every time the temperature changes until the sample is damaged.
Or impact the sample with a drop weight at a specified lower temperature to observe whether the coating surface is damaged.
