Light and small UAV salt spray test-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

Civilian light and small UAVs refer to UAV systems (including aircraft and ground stations) with a take-off weight between 0.25kg and 150kg. The salt spray test of light and small UAVs can determine the ability of civilian UAV systems to be exposed to salt spray atmosphere for a long time or to withstand salt spray atmosphere in normal use.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various civilian light and small UAV systems, and provides professional salt spray test services for light and small UAVs.

Scope of tests

is suitable for civilian light and small UAV (takeoff weight 0.25 kg~150 kg) systems (including aircraft and ground stations) that will be affected by salt spray during storage and use.

Test method

Class A equipment: The test time shall be selected from 4 h, 8 h, and 24 h according to relevant technical documents, and continuous spraying shall be carried out.
Class B equipment: The test time is stipulated in relevant technical documents, and is selected from 8 h (2 h spraying + 2 h drying alternately, a total of 2 cycles), 16 h (4 h spray + 4 h drying alternately, a total of 2 cycles), 48 h (12 h spray + 12h drying alternately, a total of 2 cycles), and intermittent spraying is performed.
