Humidity and heat test of light and small UAV

Humidity and heat test of light and small UAV-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

Civilian light and small UAVs refer to UAV systems (including aircraft and ground stations) with a take-off weight between 0.25kg and 150kg. The light and small UAV hygrothermal test determines the ability of civilian light and small UAV systems to withstand natural or induced humid atmospheres.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various civilian light and small unmanned aerial vehicle systems, and provides professional wet and heat test services for light and small unmanned aerial vehicles.

Scope of tests

is suitable for civilian light and small UAV (takeoff weight 0.25 kg~150 kg) systems (including aircraft and ground stations) that will experience hot and humid environments during use.

Test method

1. Install the equipment under test in the test box (room) according to regulations;
2. The tested equipment remains stable under the conditions of 30℃±2℃ and relative humidity (85±4)%;
3. Within 2h±1/6 h, raise the temperature of the test chamber to the high temperature ±2℃ and the relative humidity to (95±4)%;
4. Keep the temperature of the test chamber at high temperature ±2℃ and relative humidity (95±4)% for at least 6 hours;
5. In the next 16 hours ± 0.25 hours, gradually reduce the temperature to 30 ℃ ± 2 ℃. During this period, maintain the relative humidity as high as possible and ≥85%;
6. Steps 1 to 5 constitute a test cycle. Repeat these steps until the specified number of test cycles is completed. The equipment under test shall be put into operation within 15 minutes before the end of the last test period, and function/performance testing shall be carried out in accordance with relevant technical documents. If the equipment under test needs to be taken out of the test chamber for testing, the testing time should be ≤15 minutes. Otherwise, the equipment under test needs to be put back into the test box, and the test equipment can only be taken out of the test box to continue testing after reaching the specified temperature and relative humidity again.
