Civilian light and small UAVs refer to UAV systems (including aircraft and ground stations) with a take-off weight between 0.25kg and 150kg. The low-temperature test of light and small UAVs can determine the ability of civilian light and small UAV systems to withstand low-temperature environments.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various civilian light and small UAV systems, and provides professional low-temperature testing services for light and small UAVs.

Test method
1. Low temperature storage test
Recommended test temperatures for low-temperature storage tests: -45°C in cold zones, -30°C in tropical zones, and 0°C in tropical zones; the duration of low-temperature storage tests is 24 hours after the tested equipment reaches a stable temperature, and the temperature change rate is ≤3°C/min.
2. Low temperature working test
Recommended test temperature for low-temperature working test: It is differentiated according to the area of use, flight altitude and use environment; the duration of the low-temperature storage test is to maintain the temperature for 24 hours after the equipment under test reaches a stable temperature, and the temperature change rate is ≤ 3 ℃/min.
